At Shoes For Crews, we want to ensure your safety and comfort; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your footwear within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and download your prepaid UPS shipping label.

  Pack Your Shoes

  Place the unworn footwear in its original shoe box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping container.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
